The Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission has commissioned a study to provide evidence on how the partnership principle and multi-level governance have been established during the programming phase for the 2014-2020 ESI Funds. One step in this analysis is a multi-lingual online survey gathering overall information on who has been involved, how partners have been involved and what are the main benefits and challenges of the partnership involvement. The aim of the survey is collect insights from different stakeholders and establish a first picture of the implementation of the partnership principle. The study does NOT evaluate or assess single programmes. The survey is currently available in 22 languages.
Please fill in the survey by 23 March 2015, if you have been involved in the partnership concerning the programming of an ERDF funded programme for the 2014-2020 period. Also, if colleagues of yours have been involved in relevant partnership processes, it would be appreciated if you drew their attention to this survey.
