Description
The purpose of the seminar is to disseminate knowledge on the concept of smart specialisation and the related conditionality for the development of ERDF financed operational programmes for the years 2014-2010 among national and regional decision makers, researchers and EU Structural Funds Managing Authorities. Exchange of best practice and know-how during the seminar will be used to prepare future structural investments. The participants were EU SF Managing Authorities, national and regional decision makers, representatives of ministries, representatives of business environment and academia.
