Start of S3 Working Paper Series

S3 Working Paper Series has now started! The S3 Platform has published the first two working papers: (1) Preliminary report on KETs priorities declared by regions in the context of their work on Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisation (RIS3) by Jens Sörvik, Ruslan Rakhmatullin and Manuel Palazuelos Martínez.
