Description
Four European regions were selected to present their current work on regional innovation strategies for smart specialisation (RIS3). The remaining workshop participants acted as 'critical friends' and discussed the strategies of the regions under review.
The workshop was attended by participants from 21 European regions as well as representatives of the European Commission (DG REGIO, DG RTD, DG JRC) and the World Bank.
