Call for tenders: Study on Prioritisation in the National and Regional Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisation

The general objective of the study is to systematically screen and assess all available smart specialisation strategies in the European Union, with a view to better understanding the approach to prioritisation, the extent to which the priorities in the strategies correspond to diversification opportunities, and how priorities are translated into the selection of projects. Time limit for receipt of tenders is on the 16th of October 2019 at 16:00.
