Description Capabilities Target Markets EU Priorities
The design of systems of energy storage, chemical and electrochemical, consists of assembling components - technical (converters, electrodes, etc. ) and chemicals (electrolytes, etc. ) - in all technologies (Lithium-ion battery, Vanadium, etc. ) and in all formats in order to create units of immediate energy transfer. Itmust enable the mass introduction and management of renewable energy in the energy mix. This challenge requires the design of materials for chemical or electrochemical storage and energy conversion. Their integration into reliable and sustainable systems relies on the basis of identified uses. 1. Manufacturing & industry
2. Electrical equipment
1. Energy production & distribution
2. Power generation/renewable sources
1. KETs
2. Micro/Nano-electronics
Energy efficiency technologies for the construction, use and renovation of buildings: it consist, in relation to a reference situation, either to increase the level of service rendered, to consumption of constant energy, either to save energy to service rendered equal, either to achieve both simultaneously. There are technologies of passive energy efficiency increasing intrinsic qualities (envelope of buildings, heating...) of a building in order to optimize the use of energy provided and active energy efficiency, that is to optimize the use of energy and the management of the flow of energy by measuring, controlling and steering of consumer tools. 1. Energy production & distribution
2. Power generation/renewable sources
1. Construction
2. Construction of buildings
1. Sustainable innovation
2. Sustainable energy & renewables
ICT and services for tourism heritage: It correspond to the set of solutions of communication and innovative services developed to enhance the cultural heritage - including the castles and monuments - and tourism - accommodation, catering, ETC. - the Center region in order to attract and retain new customers. 1. Information & communication technologies (ICT) 1. Tourism, restaurants & recreation 1. Cultural & creative industries
Environmental engineering and metrology for highly resource-consuming activities : Environmental metrology is a set of activities related to the production of measurement and analysis in the field of environment. Environmental engineering covers all the tools and services dedicated to the restoration and rehabilitation of the environment, especially water, including the development of environmental remediation solutions and scrubber. 1. Services
2. Architectural & engineering activities, technical testing & analysis
1. Water supply, sewerage, waste management & remediation activities
2. Water collection, treatment & supply
1. Digital Agenda
2. Cleaner environment & efficient energy networks (e.g. smart grids)
Biotechnologies and services for health and cosmetic industries : This domains covers the provision of services outsourced by the players in the cosmetics industry and health (pharmaceuticals and medical device) which aims to stimulate the dense regional subcontractors network. 1. Manufacturing & industry
2. Biotechnology
1. Human health & social work activities 1. KETs
2. Industrial biotechnology
