General Information

The second meeting of the working-group on RIS3 monitoring in lagging regions brought forward the discussion started in February. It looked into some technical aspects of monitoring (such as for instance, data collection methods and target setting), as well as providing avenues for sharing good practices among regions.

This session will reflect on four aspects of monitoring. The JRC will provide conceptual reflections and some anectodical evidence from the experience of the platform. These arguments will then be debated by some participants to the working group which have direct experience of the issues.
