The Smart Specialisation platform on energy (S3PEnergy) participated in the15th European week of Regions and Cities 2017 (9-12 October 2017) organised in Brussels.

Presentations

Different experts in the implementation of the S3 strategies participated in the workshop addressing three main themes:

the design of the capacities mapping for the interregional S3 Energy thematic partnerships,
Good practices in the implementation of regional and national S3 strategies in energy, and
Good examples of social innovation behind the implementation of the S3 strategies in energy.

There were also a focus on the S3 Solar Partnership, represented by the lead Region, Extremadura (Spain).

Under the headline "European interregional partnerships for the implementation of the Smart Specialisation Strategies", the S3PEnergy workshop took place at the EC, Centre Borschette, room 0C, on the 10^th of October 2017, from 11:15 to 13:00.
