Climate-KIC is pleased to announce the launch of its 2016 expansion call for the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme (EIT RIS). The EIT RIS is an outreach scheme to support the integration of the knowledge triangle and increase the innovation capacity of European regions that don’t yet benefit directly from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs).

The EIT RIS is an outreach scheme to support the integration of the knowledge triangle and increase the innovation capacity of European regions that don’t yet benefit directly from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs).

Who are we looking for?
We seek organisations from the private sector, public sector (e.g. regional or city development authorities) or research and academic organisations to join our community as partners, and shape our innovation, business creation and professional education portfolios. Consortia uniting these perspectives are encouraged.

Eligible countries are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Romania, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Former Yugoslav, Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.
